ORDER PROCESS:

2. Make the payment and complete the order
3. Graphic design: Please send us your design. We will get in touch with you to let you know about every detail we will need from you if needed.
4. Proofing: In 1-2 business days, you will receive your proof/print-ready file via email. You can make all the revisions at this stage. Our proof revision process includes 3 rounds of proofs free of charge. Please note that we do not print anything until you are totally happy with every detail.
5. Printing process: Once you've approved your design [written ok for printing via email], we begin the printing process. This may take around 2-3 weeks depending on your customization level. For rush orders, please contact us.
6. Packing & Shipping: We pack them carefully and we ship your new items to your address. Your package will reach you in about 2-3 business days (Spain) or 5-7 business days (Europe/US) via Correos/your national post/USPS.
File preparation: eps, pdf, Adobe Illustrator file. Convert all text to outline. Use 100% solid colors with no gradients. Vector file needed.
